Dude,

USEI is a California based company, there not from Washington or Colorado. Who thought that some out of state company would be able to even get a license to operate in those states. It wasn't realistic to even think out of state individuals would be given priority over actually citizens of those states. USEI should be able to operate successfully in California, if they are a truly legit company. I am not vouching for them because for me the jury is still out.
