What I am failing to understand is how it is read as a rule. It's simply a philosophy/view of what you are going to do if there is a problem.
It's like saying you are going to turn in a TOS report for violations, but you have it in the iBox. That's it. Has nothing to do with removal. Not sure why this is causing a ruckus.
