WHAT A GREAT CORPORATE POLICY to assure that executives and board members have the SAME COMMON INTERESTS as shareholders!

Thank the CEO, Keith Murphy, for being a LEADER on this issue!

There is a COMPANY that SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE NEXT ISRG... but it did not have THIS TYPE OF POLICY in place...

so shareholders suffered as the MGMT-HOGS gorged at the company trough YEAR AFTER YEAR!

The company is Accuray (ARAY)... go look at the chart! Bonus options by the handful year after year... HOGS IN CHARGE!

EVERYONE OUGHT TO COUNT themselves very fortunate to OWN SHARES in a company that HAS THIS POLICY in place to guarantee shareholders will share as the company prosper$$$$$$$$!
