I am trying to file a complaint.
I need the following info. I hope you can help me.

1) Names, Address, Telephone #s and Other Biographical Information about Individuals Involved

2)How you learned about the Transaction or other Activity

3) Details about the Transaction(S)

4)If on the Internet, All Relevant Internet Addresses

5) Any additional information that you wish.

I've never done this before, and I really like to do something about these "CROOKS" who ripped all of us.
