I now have 3 shares, since they didn't round up. I feel violated because I should have 4 shares. LOL

GW in that blurb was just angry because NITE was cutiing in on his scam. I understand that GW is behind bars but not entirely on account of what happened here. All the other perps are still running around free. Off to another scam, I'm sure. And, yes, I have found some stocks since then with real products and fundamentals. NNGB was an expensive lesson to learn.

Are these thieves really in jail or is that just wishful thinking?

I have been an owner of NNGB since it was MSGL, Micro Signal. I had 6000 shares at .26 a share...then the reverse 20,000/1 split. I, like anyone who owned this joke, now have one share...in a way I guess I made out. I got one whole share for my paltry 6000 shares not the 20,000...they rounded up!

I am amazed that this is still trading...it turned over three milllion shares just yesterday Dec 4, 2007, and has some amount of continuous trading all year long....what is with that??? These guys are obviously not filing with the SEC, they have no web site (well, it is on a free "hold" service), and I guess there is nothing at the address given as headquarters in Las Vegas (I can't confirm the truth in this, but I would guess it is accurate).

This is an interesting and damning blurb I found. What is supprising is that NNOS actually has been active enough to have changed their name since this tidbit hit the internet!:

I read back several hundred posts back. I am very sorry for you losses and I only hope that you have all found stocks that have more than made up for this obvious (now) NNGB scam. NNGB cured me of penny stocks. I now trade real stocks with fundamentals, futures, and actual products!

hey egger, what was all the story about Nano Global (Signal) about? I've quickly read through some 200-300 posts till start in y2003.

many people in 2006 posted, that Nano Signal is a scam. Why? it seemed to me, that investors were buying something, that they didn't know too well or know at all. i've read in one post, that someone is going to pay them a visit, when he will be in Vegas...then i've read, that there si no offices, nothing...it remind me of a Boiler room movie.

why nano signal in first place?

hey hows everyone doing i havent posted in forever so i figured i would drop by. so i originally had about 12000 shares of nanosignal and now i have 1 share worth .17 of nano global. this is bs. but i am glad to say that i have more then made up the money i lost in this company and ive decided to invest only in real stocks. im 16 now and just finished my junior year and have made a little over $1200 in the past year so im finally starting to make some gains now. ive gotten the biggest gains off pwr and cef. just to give you guys a tip i was thinking about investing in a company with the symbol ener they look like they are growing a lot due to the high price of gas. but anyway i just figured id drop in and say whats up to everyone. also just so everyone knows this company is complete bs and if theres anything we can do to bring these people down we have to do it i was lucky to have only lost $400 but i know people have lost much much more than me. and to anyone thinking about buying shares of this company dont. all of us who purchased this stock thought that we were going to get lucky and that this company was going to make us rich but it didnt they are con artists running the company and nothing more then that. honestly i say the only way to get back at these people is to file a lawsuit the sec doesnt care about a few people who lost money on some penny stock. the only way to actually get noticed is to file a lawsuit and maybe they will understand how pissed we are. now this may not be realistic but i just want everyone that is saying notify the sec that i dont think that will help and the only way to achieve anything is through a lawsuit.
