There's really no reason to buy this stock for a long term investment at this time.

Might be okay to buy short term shares just because there's not a whole lot of downside left. At 3 cents there's no longer any profit to be made from the holders of the discounted shares. It has been known to pop a nickel or so off it's lows too. Just got to keep your eye on it and your finger on the trigger just in case.

Could get lucky and be in possession when/if good, positive news hits the wires. If the news is real and brightens Hartcourts future, then they may become longer term......
