Mschere, It is late, and I am admittedly tired from being in the hot Texas sun and heat for too long today, and looking forward to more of the same tomorrow. But even in this weakened state, I know, as you surely do to, that multiplication is commutative. This is second grade math, and these questions you ask are elementary...

10% of a little, or 10% of a lot, or something in between, is still 10%. Period.

Now, personally, right now I feel about 90% dead, and 10% alive. From the posts I've been able to read (I'll never catch up)...I think this board is heading there quick...maybe about 60% dead now...but heading there. But to paraphrase Winston Churchill...the difference is tomorrow morning I will wake up 100% alive, and this board will probably be heading for 65%...70%...?....Dead.

And all of this over two ill-advised actions...
1) An untimely, unnecessary, and poorly explained proxy request by the company. And...
2) A poorly concieved and unprofessionally released PR by a group of so-called investors.

Harry, Howard, Ridge, Rip and the boys are probably laughing their arses off right now.
