I am not going into a debate what is right or what is wrong or what is fair or not fair.

Where I agree a R/S split on OTC has most of the time been very negative.
But now in 2014 we have another Problem. AAPT cannot bring back the Price above 0.010 from the present 0.0015 within the very limited time Limit. (Date is fiscal year ending in 2014 of AAPT)
So, what is then left, only a R/S. From a capitalisation Point of view nothing is changing and based on the new rules from the SEC that stockprices should have a min. bid of 0.010 you cannot start with heavy Dilution after the R/S. So actually the new rule implements a thougher Dilution clause.

If you are against a R/S, what do you suggest then: Being thrown out of the .OB market and pushed back where we are now: OTC Pink.
