Really! The responsibility of getting the stock price over .01 rides on the shoulders of the shareholders? What happened to earnings! With a reverse split will the management stock options be reduced the same amount? There is nothing keeping the stock from falling below .01 after a reverse split. If the company doesnt have interest in raising the stock price I seriously doubt a .01 rule will change this. The fact that we are below .01 is the realization of management performance. That being said I have had numerous discussions with Joel and a reverse split was never on the table. Positive stock price change is coming as news arrives. Be patient and stop with the reverse stock splits are good for shareholders .
