"my take on this matter" - PRN made both errors, regardless of "your take". Let's walk through the correction #2 one more time. Correction #2 stated precisely this:

"the contact line should read 'Ross Richardson of McKenzie-Owen Public Relations for IDCC Shareholders, [phone]' rather than 'Ross Richardson of McKenzie-Owen Public Relations for InterDigital Communications Corporation, [phone]' as incorrectly transmitted by PR Newswire"

Now, this statement by PRN means that it was given to them correctly as:
"Ross Richardson of McKenzie-Owen Public Relations for IDCC Shareholders", so that is what was correctly given to PRN, according to PRN itself per the correction.

Furthermore, the correction states:
"rather than 'Ross Richardson of McKenzie-Owen Public Relations for InterDigital Communications Corporation,
[phone]' as incorrectly transmitted by PR Newswire". Note the statement in the correction to wit: "as incorrectly transmitted by PR Newswire".

THEREFORE:
Your irrational assertion that PRN was given the false statement ("Ross Richardson of McKenzie-Owen Public Relations for InterDigital Communications Corporation") DIRECTLY contradicts the actual written words in the correction from PRN.

AND THEREFORE,
The facts written in the correction are not subject to "your take" and you owe this board a full retraction and an apology for misrepresenting such a simple, clear, black and white, written FACT, as stated in the correction itself.
