Tony did say acquisitions news is very close but he couldn't give a date of the news (ofcourse). The company also in negotiations with other finance companies to find a better company to borrow from (line of credit). The dilution to pay off convertible notes is almost done. The TA will be ungagged soon as they are filing the necessary paperwork now with TA. Preliminary results as promised will be released sometime next week. A company outlook for FY15 wil also be released.

Tony ended by saying if I'm ever in Anaheim, CA to stop by and see him so he can give me a tour of their facilities which he is very proud of.
