Corp .. According to the shareholder PR, it was done by IDCC longs who are bullish. Conversly, some of the other events seem to support a bearish mentality.

That is definitely a reasonable and logical conclusion. However, they also could support the lobby's thesis that management neither needs nor deserves additional options at this time IMO. All depends on your point of view and I can understand why you and others may think that mine is way off base. The more differing views on any given subject that we can share in a civil manner on this board, the better our DD it seems to me.
