Joel .. I'm not sure I connect all the same dots to the same source, but since you do, I'm surprised that you believe that they're motivated by the best interests of IDCC and IDCC shareholders.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. I think these people are well intended in terms of believing strongly that their agenda will prove to be ultimately beneficial to IDCC shareholders. However, I think they are inexperienced in these matters, careless and too emotionally invested to avoid unintended bad consequences. The four events I listed and the possibilty in my mind that one, some or all of them might have been initiated by the lobbying group has heightened my concerns in that regard.

If there was a PR on 5/14 that a group of IDCC institutional investors had formed a lobby to attempt to convince other institutional investors as well as individual investors to vote no on prop 2 you would not have heard a peep out of me.
