Actually, a MM that went rogue basically stole the cusip and traded ahead of schedule. The people which trade for this specific MM are weak handed and generally manipulators. It's not as great as you'd think. It should be illegal what they did. A PR should be en route though. It apparently wasn't supposed to be done for a week or so. I for one cannot trade REGEN yet.
