$IFUS must read!!!! This pretty much spells out one reasaon why I am such a bull on IFUS and call for an all out buy at the super cheap prices IFUS shares are selling for. Real company, real products, real distributors verified, real sales and I use the products.
I dont anticipate the financials being sterling from 2012 - 2013, but I think the 2nd half of 2014 will show the company has grown and is in business and is producing and selling product.
I think an important factor to "why" the financials will not be as sterling for this timeframe due to the tortious interference factor. And yes! There is a mountain of evidence to prove exactly what I'm saying (as well as the other shareholders) AND is at the very heart of why the shareholders will be going after the heroes. When the shareholders demonstrate how deliberate and how this was planned and executed by these clowns, coupled with the backstabbing illegal activities in their get rich schemes, this is where the shareholder see justice. Whats interesting there's no denial or proof presented by people who support these heroes.
So I cant wait also, but not for the same reasons. To be honest, I dont think anyone could have worked through this mess the heores created as well as MW has. He's done a great job sorting out the mess created and has grown the business AND THE SHAREHOLDERS SUPPORT HIM IN HIS EFFORTS!!!
Imagine this. Your doing business on a daily basis, out shaking hands, introducing your product...you get a loan to grow the business. Appears straight forward....but behind the scenes....not so. Our heroes schemed to interfere with our company's business. They called customers, distributors and such, badmouthing and tearing down everything that was built. All the relationships...had to be rebuilt....all the distributorships...again, had to be rebuilt...all the relationships with the suppliers and such....had to be rebuilt. AND, business still had to grow! Uphill task I'd say. In a nutshell, MW had to undo all the damage JS and SA caused and build a successful business. But why did they do this? Very simple. They had a plot to take IFUS formulas, the patents and literally the company for their themselves. They were caught....cuaght mind you doing all this and yes...it can and is being proven!
As a long, yep, I understand all this. But! As I've said, the heroes have their day coming. My lawyers have advised me on the current things going on and digging into myself, I'd say these two have never stopped harming the shareholders and the company.
And this is why I will go after these guys...they targeted ME! As a shareholder in the company, they caused harm to ME and MY investment. Why? See below.
And I know whats been said...."not one bit of evidnece or truth...." I can assure you there IS!!! A mountain of evidence, which will go before the judge AND the prosecutors to be dealt with. The evidence of this is overwhelming!
And, doing a background of my own on SA and Joe S(talin....lol) I can say these two guys are not good guys. I have had several meetings with a mutual acqauintance of mine and JS(talin)and he's back in town tonight, meeting tomorrow. He now has a list of people that JS owes (about 16 people) totalling about $300k+! He has their co0ntact info0rmation. When they assemble (with shareholder's help of course) we'll see a real forced BK in progress. He also has information on people JS has duped and ripped off and they are looking for him!
SA isn't so clean either. All the pepole he's ripped off will be sought out, contacted and information shared. With as many businesses SA's started up and shut down, imagine how many people were left in his dust that are looiing for some justice! Imagine how many people it took for him to rip off to gather the wealth he's accumulated. Its about time these people get organized into one group and go after him too! Its no wonder why he's hired 2-3 law firms to protect his a$$ests! One a$$et is his freedom, which is why he's hired a criminal defense team (lol, not a criminal "offense" team lolololololol). Its not going to do him any good no matter who he hires. He'd better start looking for forgiveness, his strategy around pushing IFUS and MW into BK wont work. My legal guys have told me they can get it thrown out in 5 minutes of the first hearing. There's case history on this stuff. Any lawyer that would even take the case would know it would be thrown out - first hearing and then expose their client(s). Can you say "reputation!"
As for this nonsense around forensic accountahnts and all that. What a load of crap that is. Better read the judges instructions filed first.
Justice is coming to our heroes, count on it!
Last thing as stated before that I think you and others are forgetting. The shareholders were and still are behind MW and they were together with MW to get rid of the heroes. The vote was 280 mn to 70 mn (share couint) to get rid of them as I understand it. So 4-1. Today, its my understanding that count would be higher by about 300 mn to 50 mn or now 6-1. Truth is, IFUS shareholders as a majority will not tollerate these two clowns. Its no wonder they dont have any feelings for the company or its shareholders. They'll see how mutual it is when they see the shareholders united in the courtroom at their sentencing hearing and at their verdict hearing.....if they have any assets left.
Just so we're clear, and this is where I'd like the shareholders to chime in...THE SHAREHOLDERS SUPPORT MW IN HIS EFFORTS!!! The non shareholders....who cares what they think!
I think the heroes will probably disappear like one would in a witness protection program...when the creditors, company and shareholders come after them.
