Facts:

1. Competitor IBM is rapidly gaining market share

2. Similar-market ORCL warned, met, and warned

3. Similar-market CHKP just met forecasts and lowered future guidance

4. Analysts/investors are almost unreasonably bullish about this stock

5. Rumors that BEAS sales quotas and future revenue goals have been reduced

6. BEAS is not immune to tough times. They had a tough time in 98 when the economy burped.


But then, who knows? Be ready for anything.
