(OTC BB:STTK.OB - News) and its subsidiary, Smart-tek Communications, Inc. announced today that the Internet posting about the company on stocklemon.com is baseless, untrue and inaccurate. The erroneous Internet posting is believed to be timed in connection with short position holders and market manipulators.
The company has referred the matter to its attorneys and will vigorously seek legal action against stocklemon.com.
