True ghs1949, neither Ridge nor Howard will recieve options granted under the '99 plan as described for "outside, non-executive" directors. This is assuming Bolgliano is still serving in the capacity of VP/Chief Scientist, and of course Goldberg is CEO. There may however be other grants available to them under the previous plans. The proxy is not specific on this, and it is at the discretion of the compensation comittee.
