Not sure about Scotttrade but the audited numbers were delivered to the SEC, and explained to everyone in advance. They also explained the unregistered entity was the old DE incorporation, not the present WY company. Of course everyone brings their bias to this stock and I'm no different from you. I just think the company is real and you seem to still have questions.
