The market is "complaining" as the share price is tanking because ED LIED about buying shares on Scottrade (DTC eligible), failed to delivered Audited Financials by the 15th of August and release of APPs. What about BidSyc for Government contracts for the state of California (can you get such contract if you are not registered in that state)??? The market doesn't care about new offices or new employees, just only the pumpers.
