Yes, interest rates are finally moving up. I've been invested in the below since early 05, with little success last year. I added 3 more positions during last year as it moved down moderately. Now, it's up 8.5% overall or 6.3% yearly average over the last 16 months. I still think it will return 12-15% annual over 3+ years. But, I've found investing, really shorting, the bond market difficult to guage. There are so many variables that effect interest rate movements, I'm not sure it's a good long term investment for a non-professional.
