Stock may not be headed up but it is not going down either. The remarkable thing about CTIX this year is the almost complete lack of volatility. I hope everyone that wanted a bargain bought in heavily during the brief trip to 1.40...but even there the volume was still tiny. That one day trip down from 1.54 to 1.40 and back generated less than 400K shares.

This is highly unusual for stocks at this stage. It is not unusual for 50% swings up and down as rumors circulate.
