This company agrees to a definitive agreement, basically merging with Seattle Green Care, to basically obtain a Medical Marijuana license for $12,500. Seems to me that it is all for nothing. I would be willing to bet that once recreational use was legalized in Washington, the medical license is a wast of time, and that Seattle Green Care immediately saw loss of revenue to recreational sellers, so the effective merger was an attempt to save face. Why is Primco concerned only with medicinal, when it costs to get a medicinal weed license, but you don't need that to buy for recreational purpose.
