Medicinal can be covered by insurance and cheaper. Higher quality also. But I agree with you. another BS move. Oh PMCM entering into an agreement. How many agreements are they going to enter into????
How about don't enter into any agreements and just actually do something instead. Entering into an agreement is basically saying "oh I would love to do this but I don't have the money to do it right now and never will".

You also need to remember that rec. weed cost 2 - 3 times more because of taxes. So if you have a medical card its cheaper to get high. Colorado pot cost $10 bucks a gram for med. and $30 a gram for rec. pot. Washington is still screwed up. IMO
A patient will want to buy a certain strain from a medical dispensary rather than a random shop. Dispensary is more private and will (should) have more knowledgeable reps to cater to their needs. And a delivery service so they do not have to leave home if they are ill...
