I think that Bavituximab cannot be denied, and IMO the FDA will look good approving this "perfect storm".

nice exchange of posts starting with this one between GJH/CP...

You know, the more I think about how we have heard "the better understanding of the MOA"...etc..etc and the more I hear about several sources online (including Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong) regarding how they have now been able to see soo much more at the cellular level and I'm sure that this is why the MOA is better understood.

It must be like from going to just viewing a full-moon with our eyes... to really starting to focus by eating plenty of carrots ( since Russia is not buying them anymore from Poland... ) and now with the better understanding....

its like seeing through a Hubble Telescope and seeing soo much more, but more importantly.... I think its the "changes" that are happening immediately while Bavi or some PS Targeting agent is injected and post-injection...

GJH.... a quick question if I may-- is this normal in a lab environment where one video-record the cellular level and exactly what changes are happening ?

If so... I think it would help solidify the MOA of Bavi or PS Targeting in general and with that type of evidence-- the FDA must approve and allow some paradigm shifting medical advances to take place.

If that video-recording at the cellular level is not possible... I'll volunteer to turn in the lawn mower and sit in the lab and watch for 30 days straight... : )

"Bavituximab is a first-in-class phosphatidylserine (PS)-targeting monoclonal antibody that is the cornerstone of a broad clinical
pipeline."
-- Big Pharmas nightmare... unless they are fortunate enough to have The Bavi Edge!
