APT's "revolutionary" patent vs. Monster Moto's frame
Frankly, Monster Moto's frame looks much more sturdy (especially if one expects anyone older than 10 years to sit on it), requiring more pieces and more welds.
The Motovox version appears to be basically two long metal tubes that --while looking good-- must support the motor, rear wheel assembly and rider.
As a lawyer friend tells me "you get your expert and I'll get mine." Both sides are accusing the other, both demand a jury trial and both seek triple damages.
