I don't believe that will be the case. With weakness in the Euro and central banking problems in the eastern countries (worse than our current situation), I believe we see a flight to both the USD and Gold (I believe Oil and Nat Gas will join the run as well). It doesn't happen often, however it has happened in the past a few times when both the dollar and Gold run hand in hand. The fundamental dynamics as well as technicals are aligning along with geopolitics to produce such a market again. We shall see.
