One of many BASICS done on my INITIAL DD process for any co/individual I want a PROFILE: even Board of Directors/Scientific Advisory Board; significant shareholder. I've done this since the '70's (real old FART that doesn't look his age!)at the best business research libraries or read the annual PROXY statement and marking up everything I read especially 10K; 10Q's (to etch it in my mind and great for future reference and highly efficient).

That's why I fail to understand those board commentaries about
how can we trust that LP isn't selling her shares or Toucan; or that
Cognate is excess charging NWBO.

IF one does the PROPER & FULL due dilgence, providing UNDIVIDED attention, one has a HONED SHARP PERSPECTIVE rather than deal with these invalid future detours IMHO.
