Unless you have dealt with her like Larry Smith clearly has,
I won't wish to add to unnecessary speculation.

LP always has a lot on her plate.
Strategically only she knows which of many paths to take weighing
the pro's and con's and when. Some are out of her control like
the blinded L PH3 trial. She has incredible connections: has everyone noticed the boards she's been on:
