TC: maybe instead of Rich you might think of me as Dick, but I'm solid on this one at this time. I'm teachable; just that I have not yet found the justification. If it does go down (which would mean Institutional investors also have some doubt), then maybe if it is so important, management will find a way to convince us. They just might have to put out a release they have been so reluctant to do. They may have to share something with the shareholders.
