xdx...ken has eloquently pointed out that the real reason for loops change of heart is that he doesnt think mgmt has done a good enough job for the shareholders...not for other reasons such as washington is gonna change the rules and other b.s about dilution....and if thats the reason...thats ok...if i thought mgmt had done a poor job...i would vote no also
