Retro-fits for Seagate FDE drives? I am not so sure why anything would have to be retro-fitted!

I don't see why they can't be offered as an option on a Dell order page. Click on "Customize" D820 for example, and it will take you to an order page:

Scroll down to "Hard Drives", and you'll see Dell offers many options. I don't see why an FDE drive can't be another as soon as they are available.
