TOB brought this up in post #15987, saying, "The move was initiated by Yahoo Finance and comes amid news earlier in the week that Yahoo! Finance launched its own contributor network via Tumblr."

I don't know what or who "Tmblr" is. This is a very awkward time for such a change. If they continue letting libelous reports from TheStreet through and do not allow honest reports through via some new modality... then we have to scream bloody murder.

While Seeking Alpha sometimes published bogus stuff (not their responsibility really), at least there was a way to rebut the reports in the discussion blogs that followed. TheStreet reports do not have any such discussion blogs as far as I know.

It is very unlikely this move has anything to do with Northwest... but I am getting a little paranoid. All those damaging BS reports and all those phony postings by legal firms, all in such a short span of time. All in the wake of the first results for Direct. We, or at least I was getting ready to pour hot oil (a la plume of course) onto the C&F gang when the only good media for that suddenly disappeared.
