The "market maker" here is a dang computer---all "he" does is represent orders...the only buyers here are admitted bid-sitters and some others who have small orders that aren't sufficient size to be displayed---hence the wide spread---hence the illiquidity...

there is simply no interest here at present---nothing to do with any market maker silliness...
