There is little volume to be sure but the market makers are doing all they can to keep it that way rather than doing what they can to encourage trading. The spread between the bid and the ask speak volumes. If a dividend were announced think the bid and ask would change? I do. Go TEVE!!!
Revenues/earnings/dividends!
