Wialan insiders own the company, WiFidelity is Wialan's distributor, and Wialan insiders excluded Wialan's retail shareholders. Discussing WiFidelity now couldn't be more a more relevant topic to discuss here. Wialan insiders cutting a separate deal for themselves, and excluding everyone else is quite telling.
