Just think its strange that Wialan insiders own WiFidelity too, and that WiFidelity has no website and is registered at a single family home. Since WiFidelity isn't a Wialan subsidiary, I see no tax benefit to Wialan. The problem with this "arraingment", between Wialan and WiFidelity is that insiders control both. Now I know that WiFidelity was set up by Tim Peabody and other "investors". Who are the other WiFidelity investors? Wialan nor WiFidelity says who the WiFidelity investors are. Does Victor Tapia and Mike Connor own part of WiFidelity too? Wialan's retail shareholders deserve to know this.
