Sail, I have never ripped management about overstating expectations as far as I can remember. Quite the opposite in fact, they have been overly quiet and conservative. I have always said that I believe the NEC numbers and Samsung numbers that were reported were only disclosed because they had to for some legal or accounting reason. The only reason why they would disclose the Nokia & Samsung numbers, in my opinion, is because they feel either it is a lock, or our management is corrupt, and I really don't believe they are corrupt, greedy maybe, but not corrupt. The other reason they disclosed the figures before all the i's were dotted and the t's crossed is because had they not clearly identified why they settled for only $34 million, the stock instead of being over $24 today would be at less than $10.

As I stated earlier I fully expect management's figures to be on the low side when all the counting is done. Fagan I believe even stated that the figures disclosed were on the conservative side. I just hope we hear soon, and prior to June expiration would be great for me since I have a bundle of out of the money options right now that need big news to be worth something. If the news comes later oh well, I still have all my stock which will make me very happy.
