Good post loophole.

You mentioned that we have basically been on the brink, and I agree. Moreover, I think that management has brought us a good way toward a watershed event. However, my frustration lies in that management is already being rewarded, imo handsomely, and we still seem to be a long way from the goal.

Moreover, it feels like we are happily providing them with the tools to not only reap rewards regardless of how successfull they are at their jobs, but at our expense as the dilution holds down the share price.

All this talk about either you're with management or you should sell is silly. It is not a black or white decision, it is not improper to question management, openly, publicly, it is not improper to vote against their recommendations. What does being a shareholder mean?
