Hey why don't you speak to the fact that IDCC top-dawgs can give themselves unlimitted options at any strike they feel like with any expiration AND they gross up the proceeds to account for taxes. Whether or not you argue that THESE particular ISO shares will be used for that, the FACT is that even if they are not they will just be used to fill in for the OTHER options that were gobbled up. It's like robbing Peter to pay Paul. OWWWW my head hurts now. See what you did, you baaaaad puttty-tat!
