Rmarchma .. I didn't see anything in there about your assessment of management. Seems it either needs to be one of your compelling reasons or you need "an inspite of" paragraph or a "no need to assess" paragraph or "not qualified to give an opinion" paragraph explaining why you have not included it in the list since it is a major factor in almost every investor's DD.
