The result of that would be the in-crowd of higher-ups would get the money in another guise and the lower level would get screwed.
Good idea if that is your intent.

I should have gone into tax. At one time I tried to get hired into the tax department of the big CPA firms. All but one insisted on me starting in audit. That idea passed on after I decided to go to law school.
