Hi Larry, How are things going? I'm not sure what Fourier Analysis would make of this week's IW reading, but from what I see it looks like risk is starting to rise. 
Market's pretty happy this AM. Maybe they haven't heard that risk is rising yet. Shipping should be busy with some of the inventory items. I'll report on all that when the Newsletter's ready.
