I agree, to me at least for what ever that is worth, the way the have the new releases set up is silly. When I think new release I think of movies that have just come out on DVD, not movies that GNF just now got in stock. It is a pain in the neck to have to go through that search for just released movies when you ought to be able to find them right off the bat. When i go into a video rental store the wall is lined with movies that have just been released on DVD and the rest of the shelves are older movies, no matter when the store received them.
