IMO the reason or reasons for the new website is to retain customers. For example New Releases does not give you ne movies that were just out, more like what new DVDs GZFX has just recieved. Site being slow, and also too busy the site. Needs to be cleaned up.

The main reason is for customer retention. I think GZFX has lost customers do the website functionality with everything I listed above.

First impression is the last impression, so thats why they want to get the website right the first time.

If you notice we do not start the rollout until May probably because to work out further glitches prior to the National Rollout. Just my opinion though.
