1,600,000,000 shares were issued half to Phil Kueber and Debbie Smith on December 28,
2009 for debt repayment.
200,000,000 shares were issued to Qualstar Capital Corp. and 200,000,000 to Fordee CA
Trust on May 18, 2010 for acquisitions and a capital raise.
