Well they let us know when they received comment letter from the SEC regarding the auditor issue, so why the assumption that they wouldn't let us know?

I don't think anyone would accuse this company of being overly communicative. Besides, the comment letter from the SEC required ACDU to restate the previous 8K concerning the auditor disqualification so how could they not have mentioned the letter.

What about progress on the hotel, an update on the financials, appointment of a CEO, disclosure of directors, followup on source of funds and title to first land parcel, update on option price or forfeiture of second land parcel, etc, etc...
