No 8k announcing an engaged auditor or press announcing the lied about date on the building of the hotel.But there is still a pulse before the sec delinquent filer program kicks this in the butt to the grey sheets.The clock is ticking and you can guarantee "the company" will not let shareholders know they received a letter from the sec giving them a specific time to get current or goodbye.
