In the last filing on the OTC ending March 31st 2014
O/S was 2,448,576,746

O/S now 2,663,576,746

Change of PLUS 215,000,000

And if you read the share reduction PR's they were in May after the quarterly report. (it has not been done)There is even one that stated the new O/S was around 900 million after the reduction.
