Please read my posts it is all explained. You are going by last years 2013 numbers and those were old numbers. Then read the filings. The 1.5 billion shares were already restricted and set aside! The reason you and others were confused is because you did not know OTC numbers are from last year 2013! TA has the correct numbers!
